Hamburger Stand

I am incredibly upset. I ordered food ONLINE from their WEBSITE which told me UBER would be delivering my food. When the food got here it was someone else's order. When I called the restaurant to explain to GONZALO that I don't have an UBER account and I need a number to contact to let them know what was going on and he started yelling at me telling me that they don't handle that. So, i asked him if they confirm the order before letting the driver pick it up and he said yes. So, it was your problem Gonzalo because you didn't make sure the order was correct before letting it leave your restaurant... When i asked him to listen to my concern he hung up on me. The customer service that he provided is sickening and as much as i like hamburger stand here and there i will NEVER order from them again. GOOD JOB GONZALOOOOOO!!!

It's rare when you run into one of these places in the wild, seems like bad ol' "Corporate America" haven't found them all! Anyway, this place DOES show it's age with its bewildering store structure and limited eating room. But I think it's part of that charm nowadays. The food is as expected, nothing fancy, and the prices are still better than other fast food joints, so there is that. Good ice cream, though. That thing never breaks down.

My dad and I went to the hamburger stand to get milkshakes. I got the Oreo and my dad got the mango lemonade and as soon as he drank it said it tasted bad but continue to drink it. On our way home I had to pull over and he threw up everything he ate today. The inside of the cup was dirty and the drink smelled weird. I do not recommend at all eating at this place even for drinks.
