Most recent trip- Jr. Bacon cheeseburger came with no bacon, no tomatoes, no onion or pickles- how? And I foolishly attempted to customize a cheeseburger by adding lettuce and tomato. Instead I got a cheeseburger with literally zero toppings or sauces. Somehow they were out of chocolate frosty and gave me a disgusting caramel one without asking if that swap was ok. I wish I would’ve noticed before I got home. Ordered a cheese baked potato for my fiancé, guess what no cheese just a plain potato. This location is the worst in Colorado. Every time here there’s multiple issues. Never coming back. Fire everyone and sell the location to an owner that cares.

What the menu shows vs the piddly little dried out chicken sandwich I got with one tiny sliver of lettuce and one little slice of tomato. Wendys has really gone downhill. Their sandwiches that used to be great feel like dollar menu items now. The $3.50 burgers at Carl's Jr beat this sandwich. A qdoba burrito bowl is twice as much food for less than the price of this combo. Update: once again unimpressed when my $15 burger combo comes with three dried out value burger patties instead of the ones I paid for.

I had my husband pick up a meal for me and upon trying the fries I got one that tasted strongly of soap or some kind of cleaning material. You couldn't mistake it. I'm notnsaying someone purposefully poisoned the fries but perhaps some form of cross contamination or accidentally spraying happened. Regardless, I'm 8months pregnant and will be having my order looked at.
