This BK usually has good service & good food. Tonight was a different story, the dude taking our order was very short & almost rude with us over the mic. Got our food it was all there, when we got home and divided the food out, every single item we got was stone cold, except for the fries which had a slight warmth to them but barely. And then I get to my honey Mustard chicken wrap and it is 2 tiny pieces of burnt rock hard chicken that you cannot bite through! Very very disappointing!

Went to this BK drive thru 3/13/25 and ordered 2 Whopper Jr's & 2 small fries. Totally disappointed. The meat was about 1/8" thick & about 2" round discs that looked like they had been under the warmer all morning & it was only about 11:30 and they were dark brown like meat had been rewarded. AND the price I paid for the quality I received was awful. If you're going to charge those prices at least give the quality we've gotten through the years. Won't be back. Isn't there management to over see what is being given out to customers?

Ordered through the app where it said the store was open at 6 AM. I show up to get my order and the store is closed. I called finally reached an employee after three calls telling me they don’t open until seven and I’d have to wait a whole 30 minutes till they opened I asked to speak with the manager there is no manager in the store Then was told what I ordered was not breakfast and did not offer me to swap a me instead telling me, I’d have to wait until after 8 o’clock to get my order. Tried reaching out to someone higher up through the app, which was told someone would reach out to me within 24 to 48 hours which is ridiculous not only did I not get my food. I did not get a refund or anything. I highly recommend not coming to this location
