I had placed a mobile order for curbside and put specific sauces that I wanted to have with my food and they deliberately hand the food as fast as they can and run off because they know they never put the sauces in there and don’t want to be bothered to get the right sauce. This happens every time and it really defeats the purpose of placing an order curbside. Specifically this morning, I opened my chicken minis and found a small curly hair on the bread. Trying to contact them about this issue was an even more annoying process as they make it so difficult to tell them about this issue through the app and I had already gone home.

I always enjoy my dine in visits. The # 2 Spicy Deluxe meal is so delicious 😋. You seem to hire the cream of the crop employees! Thank you. It's my pleasure to visit your Restaurant.

So many fast food chains can learn from this place and their employees. Their training really shows and pays off. This place always has long lines because the food is delicious, BUT you never have a long wait either inside or through the drive thru. Also the employees are always friendly and welcoming, and the food is always on point! Me and my family go often, and I think only once was my order messed up, but they didn’t hesitate to correct it and make it right. Great job 👏🏼
