We ordered two cod dinners what they gave us was two fish sandwiches. we did not check until we arrived home. We called and spoke with Jose. No help at all. Nor were the two female managers. We work hard for are money. We were charged 36 bucks plus change. We have always had good service from Culver’s. However the attitude and service was the worst ever experienced The sandwich, which they gave us ounce again not what we ordered, was very poor in its appearance as you can see from the pictures. The hometown adds Culver’s places on line do not describe the service or product that was portrayed tonight. The bread was soggy, the fish batter soggy and not even all there, lettuce was wilted, the sauce looked like it came out of a week old container and cheese was non existent. We threw the food out and ended up finding something at home. Please see photo.

Like most Culver's, this store has great food. Every time I go, the service is fantastic. I had the best older gentleman help me yesterday. I wanted the devil's food flavor of the day that is really only available once a month. He grabbed the current flavor of the day calender and noted what was in it and he rung up what toppings would make it most like the real deal. It wasn't anywhere near as good, but that is not the point. The point is he went the extra mile. That is very typical of this store. Love this store!!

I had an absolutely outstanding experience at the Culver’s in Pueblo, CO, all thanks to Tim at the drive-through! From the moment I pulled up, Tim’s friendly attitude, attention to detail, and top-notch professionalism made my visit unforgettable. He went above and beyond to ensure my order was perfect, all while maintaining an incredible level of enthusiasm and kindness. It’s rare to encounter someone who delivers this level of customer service. Tim clearly takes pride in his work, and it shows. Honestly, this level of dedication deserves recognition—I hope the management sees what an asset Tim is to the team and considers giving him a well-earned raise. The food was delicious and served fresh, but it’s Tim’s service that will keep me coming back. Thank you, Tim, for making my day brighter and my visit exceptional!
