I was there today and did not know how to use the kiosk Jessica the manager walked by and asked if I needed help. She was very nice and patient showing me how to use the kiosk. Then after my lunch was brought to me she came and asked how I enjoyed my meal. She was a delight .

Everytime Ive come to this location they are super slow even whether it's busy or not. I am a doordash driver and when it's this location it's just terrible customer service went in on March 12, 2025 to pick up an order. Waited in line and the cashier helped the two customers in front of me then took off to the back and just staring at the order screen. Moving as slow as feces coming out of a sloth a line started to form behind me and that same cashier was still in the back just looking at the order screen. More people started to pile up in line some people asking where is the front of house worker, and some just walked out. It took approximately 42 minutes TO JUST BE GREETED and another 25 mins to receive my customers door dash order. It literally chewed up all my dashing time... When during that whole hour I could've done 5 or 6 deliveries by then, but I don't cancel my customer orders for long wait times. Employees here need a serious attitude Adjustment and better training or hire more cashiers because that was the worst experience I've had at a McDonald's Coming back to give an update it is March 20th, 2025 The reoccurring issues are still present. The most common problem is there is NEVER a cashier up front taking orders, they hang back near the drive thru window yapping and bagging orders for only drive thru. There is several employees here and they can't have at least one of them taking care of their lobby?

Young lady at 1st window this morning was the most pleasant and mannered worker in a long time. (Young Asian gal didnt get the name but deserves recognition and thats why i put the Asian part) That is who should be the team lead and being incentivised to stay there. Sometimes when I get those young vape smoking and cellphone attached teens there I just cringe at their ineptitude. It was a refreshing experience today and it made me want to go back in the future.
