Placed an online order to be picked up at 6:05. Sent my teenagers to get it. They waited 45 mins to get the food. While they waited two of the workers were on their phones while the others talked rudely about the customers standing in front of them. When my daughter asked how much longer it would be she was told “when it’s ready”. I checked the order when they got home and the tenders were extremely small and there was only 10 when I ordered 14. I paid $57 for our crappy dinner and poor service!! This place is dirty with poor food quality and extremely horrible customer service. Whatever you do. Stay away from this Popeyes!!

During my first visit, the chicken was undercooked. On my second visit, the family meal's fried chicken appeared and tasted like it was 2 to 3 days old, which was appalling. Additionally, both cashiers displayed rudeness and disrespect. In contrast, I highly recommend the Popeyes on Highway 50 for its exceptional customer service, thoroughly cooked food, cleanliness, and great atmosphere. However, I am astonished that the Popeyes on Prairie Avenue has not been inspected by the health department, or if it has, that it remains open to the public.

I was probably the first person to order that morning. I got a chicken sandwich and a 3pc meal for my wife. You could see visually the fries that came with my meal were dark from OLD OIL. The chicken strips were also super chewy and rubbery. The mash potatoes I got with the strips had almost no gravy. I gaged when I bit into the sandwich. It’s how sour the taste was. I threw the whole thing in the trash. I WILL NEVER COME BACK. AVOID AT ALL COSTS.
