They never give you any sauces. Even when they are added separately, even when they are listed as coming with items, it does not matter. You will not get sauce. Half the time you won't even get syrups or cream in your drinks if you add them, and you may be waiting on just a drink that has about a 50/50 chance of being incorrect for over 20 minutes here (that has happened on several occasions at this location). The food has also gone downhill. The first time I got a smasher burger, it was fantastic. Unfortunately the next (and last) 3 were terrible, especially the last one that was inedible and tasted fishy. The tots are also largely unsalted and way too crispy now, and the corndogs today were downright burnt. I am done giving Sonic chances. Nothing is worth the price anymore.

I love this Sonic their food is always hot and served well. However the last 3 visits they have messed-up my order for a supersonic double cheese burger. If you change the condiments of its original origin they just don't get it right. Disappointing!

Dallas by far is the most polite and pleasant carhop, every experience me and my husband have had as regulars are best when he's working. Great job Dallas . Thank you Sonic .
