I usually don’t leave bad reviews or complain when I order from a fast food restaurant. However, this particular Burger King recently gave us the worst food/service we had ever gotten in a long long time. First off we ordered $50 worth of food, 2 meals with sides and a couple of additional onion rings and nuggets. Note: (We never got asked for sauce so I asked at the window). When asked for sauce, she gave us 2 sauces for my entire order. I kindly asked if I could have just a couple more sauces for my nuggets, she states that it cost $0.25 for extra sauce which I have no problem paying. She immediately turns around and doesn’t come back to the window. We wait and the lady is just standing there laughing with her coworkers. We did the right thing and drove home after we thought about how rude one can be. Just puzzling after we asked for extra sauce. Long story short, we get home and our food was trash, burgers made all messy, half-ass fries, sweet tea was not sweet, had to share 2 little cups of sauce, lady was very rude and should not work for a fast food restaurant if she can’t talk to people normally. Literally the first 30 seconds of us ordering in the drive through, we already knew we were going to have crappy service. Horrible experience, never ever coming back to this place again. Double thumbs down!! 👎🏻👎🏻

Used to be the nice Burger King.. Sad. I mentioned to the Attendant that All the beverages had no flavor, We ordered two large. She said I don't know and, turned to do other things.. The food looked sloppy put together, all uneven in the buns, fries brown and, chewy, bot fresh crispy.. We found one clean table, although no customers there. Maybe I picked a bad day? Not like it used to be.

Stopped by here around 8:30pm tonight to get some chicken fries for my picky eatting toddler. The chicken fries were VERY cold and stale. So much, I couldn't give them to my toddler, fearing they were unsafe to eat. This was not just "cold food". They have been sitting for AWHILE. Yikes. That is awfully dangerous, Burger King. I had tried to call the location, right when I realized what we received but they would not answer the phone. They were not busy whatsoever (its a snowy night) and there were at least two employees there...still i was not able to reach anyone regarding this. I'm really hoping they don't serve food like this to others tonight!
