Even when she finally put her phone away she didn't even acknowledge me for several minutes even I kept saying hi hello still waiting to be acknowledged after several minutes!! Hope her manager sees this. Finally got acknowledged and she told me she doesn't speak English even I have been hearing her speak it and she is talking badly about me in Spanish and got the order wrong twice

Hands down the worst location. I normally go through the drive thru. Get attitude constantly. Food is always cold. Tonight I went inside and there were 8 people in line they all looked at me and just stood there. They weren't even working. There weren't even a lot of people. Their kitchen is dirty. Lobby is dirty. As someone who also works in the food industry whoever in charge of this location needs to be promoted to customer.
