Question for management; how are delivery drivers supposed to get staff attention? The front is never monitored and waiting by the pickup window doesn't help. Trying to wave at employees or get any attention leads to kitchen staff looking at you and waking away ignoring you... it takes 5-10 min to get any attention, and you will find that the order was bagged and getting cold while they ignored you... Today I was ignored by 4 employees for about 6min before someone looking life a manager asked me the order number; the order was done before I got there... They can train staff to talk to customers or at least pay a little attention to the front... I think the kiosks have trained the staff to ignore the lobby. When I order my own food, service is okay... but picking up delivery orders is horrible.... and it sucks knowing the food was just getting cold while staff ignored you. I recommend this location if you are going in person and avoid the lobby... but I don't recommend ordering delivery here. Might be cold if your driver doesn't get the staff attention.

I went to this location to grab a quick bite to eat through the drive thru. I ordered my food after a short wait (it was late and there were only two or three cars in front of me). After ordering, I was told to pull to the first window. I waited at the first window for 10 minutes and there was no one in sight. After both cars in front of me pulled away, I sat at the window for another minute or two, then pulled to the second window where once again, no one. I saw a gentleman walking through to the first window, so I backed up (no one in line behind me) back to the first window where he never appeared, but two other workers were talking within view of the window. Neither came to the window to address me even though they clearly saw me waiting there. I waited a few more minutes before driving off with no food and wasted time. Terrible service and I should've known better. You're much better off just driving across the street to In-N-Out where even if the line is longer, you'll get better food and service.

I ordered the quarter pounder meal and when I went to eat it, the bun was hard. Luckily, I was still in the parking lot and was able to go back inside, but to my surprise, I had to argue with the manager to give me a fresh burger and bun he finally gave me one, but what kind of customer service is that Poor customer service !
