My experience in general wasn't that bad it was the little things such as waiting at the speaker/intercom for several minutes before they answered and was the only car in drive thru. They were out large cups so i asked for the gallon size container be filled with sweet tea, no sweet tea nor regular tea. The wait for my food felt so much longer than what it should feel like again, i was the only car there. It was close to closing time about 40 minutes away but on the other hand they were still open for business i can only assume they cleaned up early under the pretense they were done for the night. However the staff was very friendly. What i can say is that i can relate..

Used the drive-through to get some spices chicken tenders, so no idea on the atmosphere, strive was top notch, and the chicken was crispy outside, tender and juicy on the inside and so good. I don't have a Popeyes near me, so stop here every time I travel up north to visit friends. Wish they would open more places.

I went through the drive through and asked ordered 4 piece classic wing combo. I received a sandwich combo I couldn't even eat cause I don't eat hot food. I tried calling this store 5 times as I can not return tonight for the correct food I grabbed this order before the start of my shift. No one answers the phone, there is no voicemail to leave a message. I will return tomorrow for the correct order and will check it before I drive off
