Ignored people waiting to order at the counter. Had to ask if anybody was working up front. Finally some guy showed up coming in from outside. Seemed high. Couldn't really understand him. Dining room was dirty. It wasn't even busy. I understand it's hard to get good help and people that halfway care but jeez!

Stopped by at 7:50am. Breakfast starts at 6am and dining room listed to be open at 7am on window by door but door was locked. One employee was sitting near door on phone, qnother employee was behind counter on phone. We knocked and guy by the door gestured for us to wait and went to go get keys to open door and told us they were closed. We asked why the dining room said they old be open at 7am and he said they were running behind. I asked to use the restroom and was told no. Called customer service number and kept getting transfered to a call center in India that kept getting disconnected. Service at reteraunt and call center seems to be about the same. Wanted to use restroom and get food, did not give them our money although the drivethrough was open.

Horrible customer service. One gentleman was kind. 12am 2/10/25. Weren’t attentive to drive thru. Very poor communication. Gentlemen in another car was forgotten about when waiting for order, had to tap on window to get attention of any workers. Hope the gal that was rude has a better day. But she should really be better about her attitude even when having a bad night. (Strawberry blonde hair tall)
