Asked about their "without gluten" items, and they told me everything has gluten. When communicating about the menu on Arby's website that specifies which items on their menu are without gluten (literally their title, not mine), the employee minimized it's validity saying it was made in 2014. Yet, it is literally still active on Arby's website. The minimization and dismissive attitude from the employee will result in me never going to this establishment. If the menu was invalid, the overarching company likely wouldn't still have it posted for liability reasons. Can you imagine if someone uses the without gluten menu from the website and someone has a significant or severe reaction?

Drive thru was delayed by the SERVER not the customers! Perhaps they were understaffed. I ordered ahead and waited more than 5 minutes for server’s voice over intercom! If there were parking I could have gone inside faster.

Team here is fast and efficient. Food was fresh. This is a super busy location and they work hard to get the orders out ASAP.
