The service was friendly, the place was pretty clean overall, but part of my Spicy Chicken Sandwich was RAW. Yes, I was eating it and it was fine, then it seemed strange, I looked down and it was raw and cold. I'm in town for business to see customers, I don't work for some big company, I pay my own expenses and to lose two days of business when you're traveling to see customers is quite painful financially. Hotels and other travel expenses aren't free. When I showed it to the manager, she was very polite and professional. She apologized and gave me a refund and seemed truly sorry that it happened. I have a feeling that the deep fryer they were using was probably low on oil and the chicken wasn't fully submerged, the other part of it was cooked perfectly. I eat at Wendy's about once a month on average, but I'll be staying away from all fast food for a while, I personally don't like salmonella.

They were understaffed tonight which happens but they didn’t close and should have. We got in line for the drive through then a car came in behind us so we couldn’t leave even if we wanted to. After approximately 30 minutes (only 4-5 cars visibly in front of us) we got to the box where we can have our order taken. They said it would be a few minutes and we said ok, no worries. After 5 more minutes they said it would be 15 minutes until we could order. At that point my wife went to look if any cars were still in front of us and none were so we left. Waited almost 40 minutes not to order or eat at a Wendy’s.

Food was old despite seeing them drop new fries when I was waiting. Stood in a one person line waiting to be acknowledged for a couple minutes but the front desk lady charged me 7.50 for the 5 for 5 deal. She said she was new so not her fault but when a manager was asked about the 5 for 5 deal he responded with “oh that’s McDonald’s” and according to the Wendy’s website and other locations the 5 for 5 is a thing and I have bought it multiple times. Only come here for the 5 for 5 so very rough experience overall
