⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ AMAZING CUSTOMER SERVICE EXPERIENCE! Today, I had an unexpected experience at Wendy’s, and I just have to share it. I placed an order online, and when I arrived to pick it up, I was told that someone else had mistakenly taken my order! 😱 It was a bit surprising, but I asked to speak with the manager, and WOW — what a fantastic response! The manager and her team went above and beyond, immediately preparing my order again with the kindest attitude and utmost professionalism. 🙏🏽👏🏽 I couldn’t be more pleased with how they handled the situation. It’s rare these days to find a place where the team genuinely cares about making sure every customer has a positive experience, and Wendy’s definitely nailed it! 😊 This location in Westminster is always my go-to whenever I’m in town, and after today, I have even more reason to keep coming back. The food? Incredible as always! 🍔❤️ Their burgers are deliciously juicy, the coffee ☕️ is on point, and the menu has something for everyone. Wendy’s is one of those places where you know the quality is always going to be top-notch. A big thank you to the manager and the entire staff for not only fixing the issue but also making me feel valued as a customer. 🙌🏽 It was truly a five-star experience. And I’ll make sure I’m extra careful in the future to order on time ⏱️ and be present so this doesn’t happen again. Thanks again to the amazing team here! You’re the reason I’ll be a Wendy’s customer for a long time. 🥇👏🏽

This place along with a lot of other fast food restaurants has been sliding downhill as far as pricing and customer service for years. The amount of attitude makes you feel like you've done something wrong or you need to defend yourself for no reason. These places wouldn't exist without us and the attitude seems to be the opposite.

Tried this Wendy's for the first time, had some questions about customizing a drink and got a few items of food, geovany was very polite and friendly and answered all of my questions, Angie his manager approved of any additional changes I requested, not only that but that food and drinks were some of the best I've had at a Wendy's. Big props to this crew. PS try the new frostee cream coffee it's my new favorite.
