Yup, 4 stars, but 4 stars based on McDonald's not on all restaurants. Fast, friendly and efficient has been the experience. Food is as it should be, but we only ever get breakfast here. Why only breakfast? Well, if your kid loves trains, there is no better viewing in the area to see trains go by. We get breakfast, sit in the truck and watch trains go by.

Poor attitude, if you like cold coffee when you order a hot one, go there, little importance to the customer, when we made the claim they changed the warm coffee for a colder one.... I give them a star because there is no less

Every time I come to this McDonald's on Fairfield Ave BPT, there are homeless people just hanging out at the speaker where you place your order, then again when you pay BUT this McDonald's always have the customers pull up to designated spots for the drive-thru customers to pull into when their order is not ready. If you don't give them money, they ask you to buy them food. I STOPPED GOING TO THIS MCDONALD'S & I DON'T RECOMMEND THIS MCDONALD'S ON FAIRFIELD AVE, BPT CT.
