If I could give ZERO stars for service then I would. This is literally the SLOWEST McDonald's I've ever been to. We ordered on the mobile app and did a drive thru pick up, which took 20 MINUTES. We ordered ONE MEAL and still had to wait 20 minutes like... Who is even managing this place? I'm starting to think there's no manager. It would've been A LOT faster to drive to 172 Washington Street and order a whole new meal and go home. DON'T choose this branch if you value your time. 10/10 DO NOT RECOMMEND.

I had a really bad experience at this restaurant. The customer service was terrible – they took forever to even take my order. I waited a long time, but my food never came. On top of that, the staff seemed to have a hard time understanding English, which made it even more frustrating to explain my order. I definitely wouldn’t recommend this place if you’re looking for good service and quick food. This was 11/02 at 12:37am

Let’s see, this location is about 3 miles away from the 172 Washington Street branch and it takes about 9 minutes to get there. If you ordered through the DRIVE THRU APP and and have arrived at the window to pick it up, you can actually, instead of waiting at the window, DRIVE from 214 Prospect Ave to the 172 Washington Street Mcdonald’s branch and order from THEIR drive thru and you’d still get your food FASTER and even then, they probably STILL won’t have your food ready at 214 Prospect Ave. that’s how slow and lazy the 214 Prospect Ave branch is. also i am not kidding, the nuggets did not come with any sauce which ultimately is the reason why i ended up writing a review. do not go to this location. enjoy the scenic drive through the city on the way to 172 Washington Street instead and you’ll have a better time and have more time in your life.
