Made racist remarks such as “whitey and shaggy” and flipping us off and berating us, with 3 different employees engaging in this harassment, including this 2 girls in the pictures with a manager standing behind them encouraging this behavior. This was after picking up my first DoorDash order inside, allowing 4 other people who came after me to get serve. Then they locked the door and force me to leave to make drive around to the window to get my second order even though they let another man get his order inside as they kicked me out. Im pregnant and I was completely humiliated, disrespected, harassed and treated different than the other customers as employees refuse to give me the order until my fiancé insisted to please give us the order as we were instructed, but instead they couldn’t themselves stop disrespecting us both. It’s disgusting that the manager allows this behavior and that these employees feel entitled to be able to act this way to their customers, especially in regards to the racism we faced.

Traveled up here from Tennessee to see family and thought I would just get another crapy late night fast food meal but to my surprise this Wendy's delivered like it was 12 pm lunch rush and everything was fresh and presciene at 2am! Everything was amazing and the order was perfect. Everyone on this shift deserves an award and a raise! In a time when no one seems to want to do their job these people delivered at the highest level... Excellent service!!! Thank you

I have been to this Wendy's several times usually late at night. There has always been a long line that seems to move very slowly compared to some other drive throughs. The last time I was there I was picking up a to go order in the drive thru and I had asked to order 1 other item and the person at the drive thru said pick 1 or the other. Personally I thought it was rude and unnecessary, all I wanted was a small meal,. I could have gone back through but I don't see the point in that, that would just make it more busier and I did not have the time. When I got to the drive thru window there were several people working, so it was not like they were short staffed. I don't know what the issue is at this Wendy's always being backed up . I just didn't think that was necessary, also my to go mobile order was not ready either . I don't want to make any assumptions about the place, it just was not welcoming at all the last time I went.
