My favorite Mcdonald's!! Lived in Stamford for a little over three years, probably went here over 200 times during that time. I usually went drive thru and don't think they messed up my order one time. The place is usually pretty busy but they are super super super quick. It is clear they take pride in efficiency and great customer service and that always showed. Lots of respect for this place and how hard they work!! Thank you for being so great.

Food was old and stale. Customer service was worse. I'll never go back its happened too many times. The manager is a joke and refused to even listen because she was too concerned with me holding up the line since they have timed quotas to meet. Borderline illegal to charge me for food and not give correct order and then to threaten me with calling the police because I refused to move from the line. I'll be pursuing this further.

Breast McDonald's I've eaten at in a long time. We live in NC and traveled to CT to visit family. We stopped at this McDonald's on our way to the hotel around 10 pm, and the food was fresh like it was lunchtime! As always, McDonald's employees seemed annoyed they had customers but let's be real, that's to be expected at this point with this brand. 😄
