I was exciting to see this restaurant in this area. But….. very disappointed after the first visit. If the food is not going to look like (I don’t expect any restaurant to be exact witht their “menu photos” but this is way far away what they are trying to sell. Ordered the most expensive burger but this is what I get??? Nuggets…wow… am I paying 6 dollar for this?I’m only complaining about the food they present. Service person was nice.

Very good food! I ordered the ShackBurger and Bacon Cheese Fries, both of which were delicious. The atmosphere was clean and modern, and the service was excellent.

I recently attended the friends and family event during the soft launch yesterday and my experience was phenomenal from start to finish. Upon arrival, I was warmly greeted outside, and after providing my information, I was allowed entrance. Immediately after walking in, I was welcomed by Dave Yearwood, the Area Director. Dave was incredibly kind, personable, and super friendly, making my first interaction truly memorable. He assisted me in placing my order at the kiosk, elevating my experience right from the beginning. My server, whose name I unfortunately did not catch, delivered my food promptly and went the extra mile by hand-delivering napkins and sauces I had forgotten to grab. This attention to detail did not go unnoticed. Towards the end of my meal, another server named Isaiah checked in on me to ensure everything was perfect. Isaiah, along with the entire staff, exceeded my expectations in every way. Their exceptional customer service should be a model for all restaurants, especially in a post-pandemic world where the value of genuine care and service has become more apparent. As I was leaving, I was greeted by Angel, whose amazing demeanor was the cherry on top of an already fantastic experience. This final touch sealed the deal for me. I highly recommend this location. I will definitely be returning. A few notable highlights: there is ample parking, the seating capacity is around 70 people, and there is outdoor seating available. Plus, there's a Starbucks next door for a quick coffee fix after your meal. This place has set a new standard for dining out!
