We went through the drive-thru. We were greeted so enthusiastically joyful, the associate was extremely pleasant throughout the whole ordering process, if I was in a bad mood, she definitely would have changed my mood. We received everything we ordered. The food was hot and fresh. Definitely will go back!!!!!!!

Terrible food cold fries and food after waiting over 10mins in the drive thru. Disgusting nasty sandwich bun was hard. They should have never served that. Just tell me when I order that you have a long wait and not fresh food. It used to be so much better there. But today it was sub par. How do you pull cars over to wait then bring out cold food?

Went to the Arby's in Plantsville. The fries were cold and nasty. My wrap was disgusting the chicken was hard. The chicken nuggets were hard and the fried mac and cheese bites were burnt. Bad experience. I haven't been there in awhile and now I remember why.
