I work over night as a driver, went to grab a bite to eat because the location was supposed to be open until 4am and at 2:42am both employees were sitting in a car smoking while the store and drive through was shut down. Very disappointed to say the least.

Im looking at the other reviews is management’s not doing anything about this place? I’ve order online from the taco bell app and received the wrong order that look like it was worth 60 dollars when my order was only 20. I tried sending a message to let customers service know i have the wrong order twice. 30 minutes past i didnt get a call or email. Mind you im trying to do the right thing. I decided to call the location and endup on the phone with a rude woman. She told me i have to contact door dash or uber eats but i bought it from the app directly she then told me to drop it off but if that the case why did i order it online in the first place! I can’t even move my car right now. So now i have an over price order i didn’t ask for and now i know the other customer is upset. My order was only 20 dollars no big deal but what about the other customer? Fix you app and your customer service!

Manager was great when I had an issue with something I ordered. Food was made fresh and it was hot.
