I rarely come to chick fil a because I have this problem happen too often. After 2 years of not going I said hey let’s go this morning grab food for the family, and yet again they do it again. Ordered a spicy chicken biscuit added egg bacon and cheese for a little bit extraneous to my surprise I get to my food and missing my chicken and a good portion of my order. Why pay 27 dollars if I’m just gonna keep getting let down. Won’t be going back to any establishment of theirs thanks

The only chic-fil-a I have ever been to that is consistently bad. Employees are more interested in hanging out and talking to each other than taking your order in the drive thru line. And there is always an issue with the order - no sauce, wrong sandwich/drink, cold food to name a few in the last couple of visits. Extremely disappointing and a waste of money

I placed my order online 28 minutes before closing for breakfast, they accepted my order, I drove to the restaurant which is 25 minutes from my house, it took me 5 more minutes because of traffic and I arrived to pick up my order and it turns out that they cancelled it because I arrived at 10:35 am? Why don't they explain in the app that you can't place the order and that if you take 1 more minute you simply won't get your food? Very bad experience and no kind of commitment from the employees to help resolve your situation!
