Gross. 🤢 Horrible experience food didn’t taste right. Ketchup was weird tasting and hairs were cooked into the chicken tenders. Never ever going back. Thank you Riley for being on top of this. We do understand it came from the manufacturer like that. Definitely talk to them. Thank you for reaching out and taking care of that. Awesome management.

I had one of the best bacon cheese burgers ever. The people were patient as this was my first time going to a Culver's. There was a waitress lady and she was very helpful in getting napkins and ketchup. I wish there was one in Connecticut

Very disappointed with this Culver's. I come here about twice a week and lately the service and food has been poor. I ordered online last week and arrived and texted as instructed to do. 15 minutes later I had to go inside and pick up my order. No apologies just nasty faces like I did something wrong asking for my order that was supposed to be.brought out to me 15 minutes prior. They also forgot my drinks so I had to go back in a second time. Then when I get home there was no cheese on my chicken sandwich even though I paid extra for it. Plus my entire $32 order was cold. Then today I dine in and get the Pot Roast sandwiche. I mean seriously about 1-2 ounces of meat on this sandwich. I basically ate a bread sandwich. 7.99 for this??? Funny that all the pictures show meat. All around and this had no meat!! Extremely upset with this location.
