Horrible service I ordered 40 nuggets and 2 large fries and 2 mcchicken I asked the girl at the window if my sauces were in the bag everyone said yes and turns out they weren’t and the large fries were half empty. Then I called on the phone and the manager on shift hung up on me! Horrible this never happens in the morning when I go almost every day! But I had enough of the afternoon.

Once again, delivering for Uber, the driver instructions are apparently wrong. It says to use the drive thru, so I FOLLOWED THE DIRECTIONS, but the lady, in the EMPTY drive thru, said I had to come in. There was a very nice young man who helped me as he had seen me come in initially to use the bathroom and I left after reading the instructions, who literally reached behind him and handed me the delivery. Customer service is so far gone these days it’s unbelievable. If it’s a mistake, maybe someone should fix it, and it was literally sitting there! She could have just given it to me! I get McDonald’s isn’t the best job ever, but it is YOUR job, and YOUR company, and if you can’t do that job well how could you ever expect to be something better? I’m so sick of it. Grow up.

the mdonalds at the del prado location decided it was courtesy to neatly wrap me a little friend during these lonely times beside my fresh hot fries. I gotta say, I had this neatly sealed & delivered to my doorstep which is why I won’t head over to your location and properly introduce Fred to you all- but at least my little fella Fred had a warm first class one way express ticket to the garbage disposal and not my stomach!
