I was at the drive-thru LANE 2 around 11pm and they made me wait for 5 min. After that a car pulled in lane 1 who they help out first while I was still waiting. I think its really unacceptable. I spoke with the manager Sam and he didn't care about what happened. His words ( I don't care I just work here. Worst manager who doesn't care about his job or about the customer complaint. I believe he needs to find a different job if he doesn't care. The head managers needs to do something about the situation.

It’s McDonald’s. Their prices have skyrocketed, but these folks are super friendly, prices are not their fault that’s a corporate issue. They are also fast and helpful. One time I placed an order and when I got to the pay window a sweet lady helped me save $ by ordering the same food a different way saved me like $4. I ordered double cheeseburger meal and ends up McDouble is the cheaper way! I really appreciated that

Staff is nice but food was a bit dry. They were quick to serve. Laid back and good for a quick bite before heading to Clearwater beach.
