Ordered a small Greek salad and it came with WARM potato salad and NO feta! Then the waitress acts all confused about it when we call them, as if we were crazy for being unappy with the product they sold us. They didn't offer a refund or anything and just asked us to come back. I'm sitting here starving and don't want to eat something that could have bacteria in it. Thanks for wasting my time and my money. Your salad at the restaurant was the BEST Greek salad I have ever had. This one is THE WORST!! Plus almost all the lettuce is the disgusting bitter core that is barely edible. I rarely order food out and my boyfriend and I will never order anything or come to your establishment AGAIN!! You lost two customers and we know a lot of people in this area. So disappointing! Even after we said you were losing a long time customer you didn't even care. Sad!! Waitress should be re-educated on customer service! Also I don't like the mandatory 20%! Putting food in a bag is not the same as waiting on a table. I used to be a waitress and I know people can stiff you but 20% mandatory tip is ridiculous. Ps I had to get a salad from another restaurant around the same price. Let's see which one looks better!!

The food was classic American Diner plus Italian plus Cuban, and vegetarian options. Breakfast served 24hrs a day. My family was very well taken care of, don't skip the desserts! They were delicious. Highly recommend.

Papa's exceeded my expectations. There was one guy running the whole dining area. He did a great job for the 4 or 5 patrons at 6AM. Filing coffees, bringing out steaming hot skillets, and getting checks, and taking orders. The food was perfect. Cooked just the way I like it, and fairly priced. Nothing fancy, just typical diner atmosphere, friendly service, and hot and fresh food.
