Waiting 14 minutes for a short sandwich is absolutely insane. Idc how many orders are waiting. Operations needs to do better. Stop taking so many online orders or something, but this is crazy. Everyone waiting for sandwiches right now are pissed. Understandably so!

The most unprofessional staff I've ever seen in custermer service. I ordered a ham and Swiss with lettuce and tomato simple write. Yet what do I get, the last 11 samwitchs only 2 were made rite. That's 9 out 11 wrong. Then look at the condition over the store. And I just watched the child behind the samwitch table finished making a order and then scratch her head with the glove on and then without changing gloves she grabbed some bread and started make the next order. I don't know who holds a food safety certification card but they need to be fired for inproper training of staff. And the problem.must be at the top. This store manager needs to be replaced. She ovesly not qualified to operate a store.and the health department needs to investigate this operation.and most important x employee aron from the register told me that the staff has friends doing 5star review to cover up the bad review they be receiving lately. I am a us veteran and this is shameful attempt to cover up their flaws.

The food and people, amazing. The app sucks to all extents. tried leaving feedback and no response at all for the past 2 months. staff have also reported the problems and it has fallen on silent ears higher up. disappointed in whoever is in charge of keeping the app updated. costing this wawa money for sure Update after a month, left feedback on app twice a week and reviewed here for over a month. Haven’t been contacted nor has the problem been fixed. Feel bad for the employees having to deal with this as they’ve said they’ve mentioned it management multiple times and nothing has been done. Quality going downhill. Today the mobile order didn’t even show up. Also no option add extra sauce for bowls which is needed every time. I've been getting bowls here on a consistent basis. At first ordering through the app was working fine, but for the past 2-3 weeks I am getting a bowl without all the items I selected on the app. This is not the fault of the staff that work here as the ticket doesn't show those items (I've reported this multiple times to the staff and through the app). Nothing has changed in the 2-3 weeks. I usually am not one to leave bad reviews, happy to change this once it gets fixed.
