On 10/25/2024 at approximately 8:10pm Order #15080, I ordered an ultimate bacon burger and an order of fries and a fountain drink. Burger was fine, however, I immediately noticed something was off based on the color of the fries. I asked staff how come the fries were this color? Sure enough, it was admitted that the oil is changed only once early in the day and that’s why they looked that way. By the time (8pm ish) my fries were made the oil had reused so much that the end result was dark looking fries. So dark, they looked like sweet potato fries. Old oil is definitely not why I would pay almost $5 for an order of fries. Taste is not good but more importantly extensively reused oil can develop harmful compounds that may be detrimental to one’s health. Moral of this review, don’t visit BurgerFi after 5pm because you risk wasting money on food cooked with bad oils. Only positive was that it was fairly simple for them to refund me for the fries. But even then, nothing was said to me at ALL for the POOR experience. Compare these fries with others in the reviews and see what I mean for yourself!

grabbed some lunch after getting hitched, and Tyra was super sweet and came over to congratulate us and offer celebratory icecream :) thanks guys! everyone at this location is always super nice but this was a lovely gesture
