Customer service is fine. But the food is always sloppy.. my cheese didn’t even make it on the burger…..

I was about to leave due to some technical issues on my end, but Aliante stepped in before I even had to ask and helped me out effortlessly. He handled everything quickly and efficiently, making sure I was taken care of. Even during a late-night shift, he kept an amazing attitude—not just with me, but with every guest I saw him interact with. You don’t see that kind of genuine service and attentiveness often, especially at this hour. Huge shoutout to Aliante for going above and beyond!

I was told the system was updating for breakfast, and she wasn't sure how long it will take. I also asked if I should wait with the hope that it'll be a reasonable 10-20 minute wait to get a "I don't know" So after a couple minutes the employee comes back and rudely tells me I can't just wait there and that'll take 40 minutes! Obviously no one is waiting that long so I left and went to nova location without any problems. The employees attitude was horrible and her response was "well that's what I meant, that'll it'll take a long time" There was more but I was just thrown back that she told me to leave and have a nice day at the end. Lol
