This place is terrible. The staff are so incredibly rude. I placed my online order at approximately 9:30 pm. My order wasn't ready until 9:55. When I pulled up, the drive-thru line was SO long, that I went inside to pick up my order instead. Not one employee would acknowledge me, but yet helped the DoorDasher that came in after me, first. When I told her I was here first, she scowled at me, asked me the name for my order, then she rudely told me they didn't have an order with that name (despite it reflecting on the app on my phone). I left and went into the drive-thru. When I finally got to the window, the employee handed me my drink, and I politely told her that it was supposed to be without ice. She gave SUCH a long, dramatic eye roll, that even the passenger in my car saw it. Additionally, I paid extra to have ALL the items in my meals (including a party pack) with extra meat. However, they were prepared with just the standard amount of meat that we usually get when I don't pay the extra amount of money. If a Customer pays for something, it should be given to Customer, or it's theft. When I opened up my food, the tacos were stuck to the food wrappers, and I literally had to rip them from the wrapper, to which the taco broke, and the food everywhere. Also, if I treated my Customers at my job, the way I was treated, I would be fired. I will be contacting corporate about my experience.

Soo... I saw on the menu new chicken nuggets from Taco Bell. So weird, I'm truly not sure about that, but I'll give it a try. Sure enough, the store I went to was not a good one. I'm not sure if it's the store or Taco Bell, but mine and my daughters did not come out well at all. I'm shocked at how it looked, and I even tried to taste it, and it did not taste well at all. I really think it was the staff tonight at 7:30 pm. It was not a good team. We waited @15 min at the window. We even ordered on the app and paid. The chalupa was soggy. My hard shell taco was soggy on the bottom, falling out. I didn't get cheese sauce and the nuggets was definitely not good. I hate doing bad reviews, but I felt like I needed to on this one. Especially since we tried the nuggets and didn't come out right.

I am a big fan of Taco Bell especially since they have veggie options and I am a vegetarian. But this Taco Bell always has some sort of problem. Either there is no baja blast freeze or they mess SOMETHING up. I almost always have a wrong or missing item. A bit ago I went and got the crunchwrap sliders and they replaced the steak with black beans for me, spectacular. Today I went and got the crunchwrap sliders again, and since I went to order inside the store I had to use the ordering screen but on the screen you do not get the option to replace the steak for black beans; I went up to the counter and explained to the guy working the line the situation. He just kept telling me to use the ordering screen, so that I did. After placing my order, I told him please replace the steak with black beans and he said ok. You’d assume “ok” means “you got it” or “understood.” WRONG! He gave me steak. I wasted my money at this God forsaken location. I cannot eat this food, I do not eat meat. Useless. Hope he gets fired because I guarantee this is not the first complaint someone has given on this guy. Imbecile.
