Food is burnt completely, customer service was not welcoming and on top of it all I always wanted to try them because I’ve visited here before , 21.00 plus tax and I can’t eat any of it . Very disappointed

Didn't plan on visiting this place but tried it in chance. Customer was iffy. The person seemed to be rushing me and I could hear she was annoyed. Yes my order was large I'm a mother of 6. At the end of the day she was getting paid and I wasn't all over the place. Food was fair and two of my kids didn't enjoy their meal. Not a place I'll go to again but it did the job for majority of the gang.

I was honestly happy until I left. Drive thru order, girl is polite, I ordered the special with No Onions, pull up to the window, she confirms chicken Philly special no onions, pay and pull up to next window. The next girl again, super nice asked if I needed ketchup and she smiled. So refreshing to not have annoyed angry people at the drive thru. I leave and when I get to stop to eat, ONIONS!!! Too far to go back and so annoyed because I was starving and it smelled so good. So now 90 mins later here I am still hungry. The fries were good , smh. Sorry guys but you failed because in the end I gave away money and threw out my food.
