I ordered a double stack biggie bag and a chili at the windows but when I received my food it was a Jr. Bacon. No big deal I went back to exchange the order and as I was explaining everything the guy wasn't listening pretty much trying to not acknowledge the mistake cover it up quickly and move on saying it cost more and so on. Meanwhile I'm saying I know it does thats what I ordered. So he said go to the window and he'll explain it. (He's explaining that my order cost more than the order I didn't ask for)..... noted. So when I went to the front I told him that I ordered the double stack not the Jr. I know it cost ($1) more. At this point I assume he's annoyed. So he went and exchanged the order. At this point everything's fine until he gave me the food so I go to pay for the remaining cost and we are staring at each other and he slams the door in my face. So I go to ask for a refund because I don't each food from angry servers ( never know right). But he flat out tells me no, locks the door and walks off calls the police and has a trespassing order put on me. I waited an hour for the police to show up to ultimately get the refund of $5.35. WOW. I would encourage the GM to review the footage.

I use the drive thru for the most part and they are always quick and efficient. Even on the lunch rush. Inside it’s always clean and the employees are friendly

Using the drive thru there is always a weird but food is generally fresh and hot. Haven't had a bad experience here but could use some improvements.
