I had an extremely disappointing experience at Wendy’s. The service was incredibly slow, and the employees seemed uninterested in helping customers. I waited far longer than expected, and when my order finally arrived, it was incorrect. When I asked for it to be fixed, the staff was dismissive and barely acknowledged the issue. It felt like there was no sense of professionalism, and the lack of organization was clear. I won’t be returning and would not recommend this location to anyone looking for quality service.

Paid for my biggie bag meals. When I got the bag at the drive thru I looked inside and it only had nuggets and the burger. I let them know immediately. Then the so call shift supervisor with the nasty attitude told me that I have to pay for more fries if I want fries. I told him that no fries are in any of the bags. I gave it back and he shoved the fries in the bag with such attitude. Never going here again. I think if you pay for something, you should get it. It was there error, so why all that attitude? Smh.

Had an awesome experience at the Wendy’s on 930 Cypress Road store #1119. The cashier was soo nice and smiling, that was refreshing because I had a horrible day at work. Anastasia Rocks!
