Nice place to stop and enjoy some quality fast food , the Carmel cashew is my favorite, along with the North Atlantic cod sandwich meal. Cheese curds are a must. As well

This was my first time at Culver’s and it was not disappointing, the customer service was great, the cashier was patient and helped me decide what to order. I ordered the “mushroom and Swiss cheez burger” and a “caramel cookie dough blizzard” with “fried cheese curds” the burger was cooked perfectly like a smash burger, it was just a little unseasoned but still good. I rate this establishment 8.5 (1-10 scale)

We go here frequently for both food and ice cream. Typically it’s a great experience. Went a few days ago and for the first time ever while parked and waiting for our food (almost 15 minutes) a nice lady that worked there and was bringing out food noticed our number and asked if we were still waiting, she was shocked when we said yes and explained our food must have been given to the wrong vehicle. Then today as you can see by the pics that what I clearly ordered and received were completely wrong. Usually I ask for extra cheese and no onions, so they place the cheese on each burger not clump it all on top along with onions I didn't ask for! What if I was allergic to onions?? Im starting to question whats changed here (maybe management) and if we should go elsewhere if this is the new norm here.
