This is a great Krispy Kreme, I've been coming here since I was a child and I am so happy it's still here. I used to love coming to watch them make the donuts while I waited! It is a really busy location though with limited parking on a bit of a precarious corner to get out of afterwards, especially when the hot sign is on and on weekends and holidays, it gets pretty packed. It's a small location as well so if it is busy prepare to be a little cramped inside while you get your order

Wow. I am absolutely blown away. The manager, Victoria, she CUSTOM made me some Valentine’s Day doughnuts to cleverly ask my girlfriend to be my valentine. She went absolutely ABOVE and BEYOND! My order was last minute but she continuously worked with me to make sure they came out how I envisioned (they came even BETTER!) and had them in time for Valentine’s Day. She’s absolutely amazing. Heart of pure gold! So grateful for her!!

I visited this store today and ordered the Taste o’ Luck Specialty Dozen, but unfortunately, there was a mix-up with my order, and I was given the green glaze donuts instead. Upon realizing the mistake on my way home, I returned to the store and politely asked if I could pay the difference to receive the correct donuts. However, I was met with poor customer service. The person in charge was dismissive and rude, refusing to correct the order or even offer a refund. I kindly explained that I wasn’t happy with the green glazed donuts and requested a refund so I could purchase the correct ones. To my disappointment, she continued to deny my request. After a frustrating back and forth, she eventually instructed one of the employees to give me whatever I wanted, but did so in a rude and unprofessional manner. To make matters worse, she then told the customers behind me that they were in luck with free donuts, making fun of the situation, which I found both inappropriate and unprofessional. I understand that mistakes happen, but I was disappointed by the lack of understanding and respect shown in this situation.
