Without fail every time I order from here they mess it up some how or another. Ordered a bacon cheese and egg McGriddle and what I got was a bacon sausage and cheese McGriddle. If you want your order RIGHT for what you PAID FOR, DONT GO HERE!!!!!!

I went through the drive through and began ordering a meal for my daughter. 10 piece nugget combo, medium, with a mocha frappe. This is usually about 11 dollars plus tax. The worker taking my order then said she could do better for me by ordering a different way. She enter 2, 6 piece nuggets which were BOGO, then 2 small fries also BOGO. Then she added the medium frappe saying that she got us 2 extra nuggets and the equivalent of a large fry because 2 smalls equals a large. The problem was the food was for my daughter and she didn't need MORE food. Not to mention that the price ended up being almost 2 dollars more. As I pulled away from paying I heard the same worker selling someone else a "better" deal. I think I got up sold. Is it now McDs standard practice to tell the customer what to order? Not a good time experience.

This place is slow slow slow. Don't walk in and expect anyone who works there to want to take the time to take your order. No, they have touch screen order stations bc talking to people is really difficult. Then if you have to pay cash god forbid one of them stops talking to their coworker or bobbing to severely inappropriate music for a place that serves children's meals and caters to children. Last experience was severely painful for us and it will be a long time before we visit this location again. They had 20+ inside diners waiting on food bc the drive thru was being worked and nothing else was leaving the kitchen. It took them 45+ min to even get to the inside diners orders.
