I want to acknowledge that the person who took my order was very patient and polite, which I really appreciated. However, my experience was soured when I received my drink. I ordered a macchiato, but it was served in a plastic cup, and to make matters worse, they gave me an ice cup as well. It felt like my drink was only halfway done, which was frustrating. It’s disappointing to see such a lack of attention to detail, especially when it’s part of the job to get these things right.

We arrived and placed an order through the self-service screens, after making the payment they did not give us a receipt (nor did they ask us if we wanted to). We were waiting for our order and more people began to arrive at the store who bought the same method as us, but with the difference that they did receive their order and we did not. After more than 1 hour waiting I had to ask for our order, I only had the table number to be able to ask for the order. After 20 more minutes I asked again about the order, they asked me about the receipt and I told them that the machine didn't gave me. give me the machine, I just had the table number. Finally they bring us the order, but incomplete and cold, the fries were cold and a lemonade was missing.

Need to fire 90% of staff !!! Ppl standing waiting for food for 30 min That supposed to be “fast food” No one at the front cashier to give answers And the place is empty !!! 8-9 ppl standing and waiting
