I recently saw a few advertisements on social media, for the new Chicken Big Mac, and even though it’s been a long time since I stopped giving McDonald’s my money due to their tiny sandwiches and poor quality, I have to admit I was tempted to give it a try. To my total disappointment, the new Chicken Big Mac turned out to be just another tiny sandwich with mushy, old, and disgusting bread. The Diet Coke was flat, and they had to get it from another machine, because there was some problem with the floor one. The fries were cold, overly salted, and limp. My second sandwich, a Filet-O-Fish, was even worse. The bread was over-toasted, likely to disguise its stale condition, and the fish was soaked in oil. To top it off, the half slice of cheese was barely a quarter of the usual size. The management didn’t care enough to offer a replacement or refund. The facility (store #12730) looked dirty and cheap. No condiments or napkins were available at the tables anymore. Absolutely HORRIBLE! I’m 57 years old, and it’s sad to see how far McDonald’s has fallen from what it used to be. If you’re younger and don’t know any better, this is not what McDonald’s once was—you’re being fooled and robbed! I want my money back.

Ordered on the Kisok. I checked back 10 minutes later( not ready) after 22 minutes. We requested a refund. The manager was nice, but that's ridiculous . The place was not crowded at all so I'm concerned about that. The service can be 100% better.

I just had a Filet of Fish. It was Very Small. I do not frequent McDonald's. Therefore. I was Extremely Surprised & Disappointed. No Value. Never Again.
