On 3/8/25 I went to pick up a dd order … finally got the attention of an associate and was told to wait .. finally the manager with her nasty attitude told me the orders had been picked up because she prepared the orders herself.. great I love that for her BUT guess MANAGER the order was never delivered and guess who got a call about that .. next time take the time to actually verify instead of being rude. I’d already been waiting 10 mins before you fanned me off ..

I had a big mac and the bread was not fresh at all and the manager had a few-friends-mad face that when I went to make this complaint to her she let me waiting and finally asked another employee to find out what was I waiting for standing there.

This is one of the best McDonald's around. Not only is the food always hot and made properly, but the staff here always have really good customer service. Definitely worth going to this McDonald's.
