One of the only restaurants around open late on Christmas. Because of this, they were very busy and clearly working very hard so no complaints from me. The food was good, too, although I wish my half meatball sub had more meatballs in it (forgot to take a pic, sorry). The chocolate shake was fantastic.

Hello, good evening, I would like to leave my opinion. I am a frequent customer of the establishment located at this address. The previous times everything was very good, but today I am leaving totally disappointed. I went with my partner to eat hamburgers. The flavor of the hamburgers was terrible, tasteless and the meat was raw inside. The flavor of those hamburgers was very unpleasant. Throw the hamburgers in the trash. How sad.

I got a nasty look when I walked in with a full unopened fountain drink from another store. Asked for my online pick-up order because I wasn’t staying. Staff there I dealt with were rude. Got a regular daily special so I didn’t think I’d have to check it, half cheesesteak and fries. I get all the way home to find just steak and bread. No cheese no onions, very dry and definitely not what I ordered. I called the store, the guy I spoke to was rude, at this point I just wanted a refund if I had to go back like he told me I’d have to. She tells me she cannot refund an online order. Cheesesteak no cheese? Can’t get my money back, what can I do? If the store made it, then the store has to be compensated for that meal they made. If there is no money coming in, there is no product going out. Why can’t I get my money back??? This is absolute craziness.
