So i got a baconator. They used to put some bacon on there. This is horrible for one. Two i ordered and got charged .35 for fries for my combo that come with it and i didnt ask to upsize it. Yeah its on .35 but if i dont want a bigger size why do you assume that i did and charged me more than what i wanted. I havent been to a wendys in a long time and now i really wont be back anytime soon. Especially if this is what the baconator is all about now. You charger over $12 for a combo meal and you give trash.

If you have to wash your hands before you eat, they make you buy food before you can use the restroom Terrible customer service I ever seen just to use the restroom. They want you to buy something like they are a convenient store.

I love Wendy's.. but this is the worst store ever. Stood at the counter, made eye contact with an employee, asked her a question. She literally ignored me. I got the attention of another person, asked him about using the bathroom- there's a code lock in it... because i was just working in the warehouse with dirt and dead things (I'm a science educator)... I wanted to wash my hands and go to the bathroom before ordering. I ask guy again, because he also tried ignoring me. He asked a lady, who turned and looked at me and said- I just told her our policy. I literally just walked in... so I said I was dirty and working with dead things. She said you have to order something. I said I will, I'm getting a spicy chicken sandwich meal... but I don't really want to touch everything after what I've been touching. She said you have to order. I said please make my order then, but I really don't want to get stuff everywhere. Nope, wouldn't do. So I touched as much as I could and ordered. She asked me what i wanted, i told her, i just told you 10 seconds ago... super pissed, she rang me up. Asked her for the bathroom. She said they don't give out, someone has to go unlock for me. So I waited. Walked in, it's a mess.. told a different guy that 1, if I hairless ti have a special unlocking to use, I expect it to be in excellent condition. He said it was just cleaned. If water and toilet paper on the floor, water and soap all over the counter and no toilet paper is "just cleaned", that's pretty bad. So I told them when I came out all what needed cleaned and replaced... I just got a dirty look... and they didn't even tell me when my food was up. Oh, and the digital soda machine, they are out of most syrups on both. Don't bother coming unless it's the most convenient and last place. They are the worst here. Wendy's, you need new management here - btw, never this bad, but usually bad service/rude people behind the counter.
