HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE! You can’t ask a simple question about the food without getting an attitude. Whoever was working the drive thru window on 3/13/25 @9:20pm EST had an obvious attitude and horrible customer service. I never been to a place where an employee caught an attitude by such simple questions like “can I still order a strawberry milkshake please?”. Just sad. Also, they did not have ice cream which was dissatisfying. It seems as if they never do. I genuinely asked the employee was she okay because it sounded as if she was not having a good day and I got even more attitude from her. 0/10 would not recommend. Just by the customer experience I decided not to complete my order.

The service is generally quick the people working there are always polite and nice the food is usually always good and fresh the only downside is the overwhelming and unavoidable odor from the dumpster if they could do something about the smell of the dumpster I would give five stars across the board

I just left this location. The customer service was okay but I did not receive a receipt. I ordered a number 10, a spicy chicken sandwich combo, unfortunately I was unable to enjoy the meal because every single fry was hard and inedible. I had to throw the fries out.
