This is once again a time I went here, picked up food, and got home to things missing and made incorrectly. This time, obviously ran out of shredded cheese and put regular cheese on my fries, no heads up. My wife's 2 items completely missing. I went to this location once and they put my pups on literal bread. What a joke.

Once again a subpar meal. I ordered the 12 for 12, which is a good value; but only if the product is edible. I ordered onions and mustard only, and the woman taking my order asked if I'd like pickles. So I repeated, onions and mustard only, and then she asked if I would like cheese. So, I looked around to see if there was a hidden camera, and wondered I I was on a comedy reality show; but I could locate no camera or crew informing me that I was on a new show. So, I repeated for the third time, onions and mustard only. I ate 8 of the 12 and only 3 were the way I requested. How difficult can it be to make a hamburger? What skill set is needed to fry a piece of meat, place it on buns and add condiments? I know the cook and the woman at the window, don't care about the product(s) they sell and serve. So sad and super sorry. Avoid this place. I recommend going to another place.

Whoever was on board when I ordered an order at 3 sum did a great job food was good fries was fresh everything was to my desire 10/10 highly recommend 😩😩
