I waited in drive thru for my food I had two REGUAL KRYSTALS and a scramble bowl. My krytals came out so dry with NOTHING ON THEM. I couldn’t bring them back because I was already 15 minutes away at work. Everytime I go to this Krystal’s it’s always something. Workers act like they have a attitude and don’t want to be there

Horrible customer service, I waited in the drive-through for 10 minutes and nobody took my order. Then I came in and stood at a empty counter for 10 minutes before someone in the back asked what I wanted. They are really good at ignoring a customer. It was 20 minutes before they took the next order in the drive-through

We use to frequent this location often until service got so bad I could no longer tolerate it along with the high prices. Fast years later, one night while coming home from baseball practice my boys wanted to stop at this location. Reluctantly I did and what a surprise. The manager Courtney was AMAZING!!! 👏🏽 When we arrived home the food was fresh, hot, and surprisingly delicious. The restaurant was clean and the workers were friendly and very helpful. I was also impressed with the professionalism of the young employees. We have gone back several time but only when Courtney is working that is when I have had the best experience!!!! You go girl!!!!! 😄
