This krystals is not open 24 hours. I came here at 230am and the person inside (which I saw) was trying to hide and ignore me. If you aren’t going to work and be open the broadcasted hours change them and go home

I'm happy this is not my Krystal...terrible. Place is filthy gloves on Floor, food under equipment that u can see from door. Walls tables dirty, equipment dirty, windows dirty, took 20 min for 12 burgers. Staff clothes dirty, no hats, speak unprofessional, and have no sense of urgency. It must be closing soon because the franchisee has let go for sure. Shame on franchisor for letting this happen. Put cold cheese on burgers, did not melt, let my food set for 10 min waiting as they cleaned the grill and let my food get cold. Shameful....Just Shameful @krystal

So this is the fourth Krystal I have eaten at in Jacksonville. It is also the only one I will eat at in Jacksonville from now on. The food was fresh, presentable and really good. This is the first one I've visited since moving here, that I felt like the people working there actually cared at all. I bumped the atmosphere down because the floor was sticky by the register.
