Took 1hr to get food after ordering in the drive through. 1 person was doing everything ( young blk guy) the manager ( blk guy) was outside on the phone while the other guy was working hard. Told them no onions and onions was there my spouse is allergic. Thank God we had medicine bc it could've ended bad for my husband. Also forgot 1 drink . This location is ALWAYS messing up or hiring horrible managers that don't care for their team. Don't go here. I felt bad for that young guy. Then there was some crazy homeless man pacing back and forth while I was waiting in the disabled parking at 1:30 am.

Wow so impressed! Awesome friendly customer service. Fast service . Delicious food and it was pretty. Hot tasty fries. The place was clean and orderly. That team has it together. I'm impressed and will be back

Probably not going back. Made a mobile order because I only have 15 minutes for a break. The app said it would be ready at 12min after the hour. I arrived at that time. There was 2 cars in drive thru. I pull up to window and sit there getting ignored for 10min. I watch a guy making food touch his hair and hat and proceed to make food without changing his gloves. After 12 min of waiting I beep my horn and they look at me like I'm crazy. Then I assume the manager came over and I told her I'd been waiting. Where she told me they wanted to get the line down and my order just came in. I have worked in the food industry for plenty of years and that was the worst experience I've ever had at a fast food place.
