Chick-fil-a’s corporate budget cuts have been way too obvious over the last 4-5 years for sure, but I had to laugh at my wrap today. The wrap is the most expensive meal item on the menu and has gotten smaller over the last few years, but today’s meal was a total waste of money. Behold: literally two pieces of measly chicken in my otherwise lettuce-filled cool wrap.

Going inside to dine in is a disaster. Why should I have to take the time to download the app, attempt to place my order and not be able to. In the 15 min this took I had no one approach me to take my order or to assist in anyway. Then I approached the counter where 3 other people were standing to order. Of course they can't take the order from there so everyone at the counter including myself and my family left. Fast food is meant to be fast.

This place is always a mess. My chicken in the sandwich was burnt and the fries were nothing but crumbles at the bottom. (This place still has not improved on cleanliness.
