Good and high quality food that is made to order and served fresh. Wait staff is incredibly kind and professional. The place gets VERY crowded often with no place to sit so many folks end up getting their food to go. Be prepared for a wait...I ordered a simple burger and waited nearly 20 mins. Hope you don't have to go back to work as you might be late!

We recently moved to the area and have since been trying to find new places to eat. Today we decided to come here and we walked in about 11:25am got sat at a table ordered our drinks and food and as we were sitting 2 tables next to us came in ordered at gotten their food and left also around 12:00pm I asked if I food had happened to be almost done, she said yes it's been a while let me check. So she went to the back and another waitress brought us our food. I ordered a messy burger and we also had a spicy burger and 2 kids plates. My burger was really burnt on the bottom as well as all the food was cold as of it had been sitting for a while my mushrooms were almost refrigerator cold and the cheese was already hardened. We had empty drinks that sat at the corner of the table almost the entire time we were there until we asked her if she could please refill them. There were only 2 ladies sitting people taking orders and running food as well as cashing people out. And the place was packed. The girl was very nice but as a "place in Lakeland" that is a "must try" "very well known place" I was not impressed at all and will not return. I couldn't finish my food. I hate giving bad reviews believe me but when the service and food was as it was I feel like I should....

The first time, we ordered and picked up and was DELICIOUS 😋 a Provolone Smash Burger and Turkey Bacon club. They were full, but the service was excellent. We definitely will try more of the menu. They are cash only, and we ran to an ATM 🤦‍♀️
